The Wi-Fi Health Check is a remote review of your business wireless network. You receive a written report of how it is used, where the problems are, and what to do first.
What We Review
We review the wireless information and configuration you provide for the site in scope. The review looks at how people actually use the network, not only whether access points are online.

What You Receive
Each Wi-Fi Health Check is a written report for the wireless network in scope. It is specific to the site we reviewed, and it is written for you, your IT team or your existing provider.
- A plain-English summary of how Wi-Fi is used today: staff, guests, devices and the areas that depend on it.
- Findings on coverage, capacity, interference and connection problems.
- Security concerns covering encryption, guest isolation and how administrative access is controlled.
- What is working well, what needs attention, and the risk of leaving each finding as it is.
- Recommended actions in priority order, so you can see what to fix first and what can wait.
The health check is an assessment of the wireless network we review. We do not change access points or configuration as part of it. New designs, replacements and remediation are quoted separately. The hours are agreed before the work starts.
